PMAC Monday 6:00-7:00am
The TTC swim program is aimed at helping participants develop a strong, efficient, stroke then add further fitness and power to the equation. The result is fitness, strength and speed.
Ample opportunity will be given for those more experienced swimmers to maximize their volume while new swimmers will only swim as much as they are comfortable with.
All participants will benefit from ongoing feedback from the coach.
While we welcome all levels, we do ask that you are able to swim 100m continuously before starting the program. This is not a Learn-to-Swim program. If you have any questions about your current fitness ability please contact Training@torontotriathlonclub.org

Do you want to make 2026 your strongest year ever on the bike? That starts by getting into a consistent routine, following a progressively structured program. Leave the program design/workout selection to an experienced coach and simply focus on doing the workouts. A 75-minute morning workout is a very efficient way to fit a key workout into your day. Note that you can adjust the level of each workout for when you need to go easier or want to go harder. Enjoy the virtual yet social aspects of these workouts.
These workouts can be done on any platform and with any type of trainer (non-smart trainer, smart trainer, power meter, no power meter, Zwift, Trainer Road, no software).
Join us for rides, where we will focus on different aspects of cycling to get you stronger.

New to triathlon and not sure where to begin?
This swim program is the perfect place to start. The aim is to build a foundation for new swimmers to continue their swimming journey. Small group so that you can receive lots of personal feedback.
We need 4 registrants by Nov 1, 2025
Over the course of four weeks we'll be going over the fundamentals of freestyle swimming. Pulling, kicking, breathing, body position and more will all be covered. Everything you need to get started with your swim training.
Requirements: no minimum ability to join, just be ready and willing to give things a try! Strongly recommend swimmers bring a pair of swim fins - beg, borrow or steal them (just kidding - look on Amazon or try Splashables in Etobicoke, where TTC members receive a 20% discount).
Coach: Tommy Ferris
Dates: Nov 6-27, 2025
Location: 99 Mountview Ave, Toronto, ON M6P 2L5
Wednesday evenings! Time: 6:30 - 7:30pm (You should warm up before that)
We need a minimum of 12 participants to run this session!
Location: Monarch Park Indoor Track - 1 Parkmount Rd, Toronto, ON M4J 0A5
Coach: Tara Postnikoff
You must be a TTC member to run with the club.
Prerequisite- To avoid injury it is recommended that you have some solid running base already. Multiple runs per week are recommended. If you are injured you should not participate. We will be working the higher tempo and speed paces which is great prep for your May / June races.
About Monarch Park Indoor Track:
The track is 370.67 meters long and it is marked (and measured) for the following distances (60m, 100m, 150m, 200m, 400m, 600m, 800m, 1,000m, 1,500m, 1 mile, 2,000m, 3,000m, 5,000m, 10,000m).
Regular mobility work can help improve range of motion in our joints. Improved range of motion may mean less chance of injury and better overall function. These 30 minute sessions focus on the entire body, with a strong emphasis on the lower body.
Requirements:
Stretch mat or cushiony surface
foam roller
a lacrosse ball
either a yoga strap or towel
broomstick or long dowel
