Join us for a morning of riding and running, followed by 30-min of mobility and stretching.
BIKE : 8-10 am (instruction will be provided over Zoom)

Join coach Kevin and other club members for a 2 hour long bike ride. The long ride is one of your key weekly workouts so take this opportunity to do one of these workouts with a coach and other athletes. You'll be glad you did and the time will pass quickly.
The workout will be a mix of aerobic riding and some harder intervals. Appropriate for whatever race distance you are training for. You do not need to ride for the full 2 hours.
These workouts can be done on any platform and with any type of trainer (non-smart trainer, smart trainer, power meter, no power meter, Zwift, Trainer Road, no software).
RUN : 10:00- 10:45am (on your own)
Run on your own between 20 and 30 min.
MOBILITY AND STRETCH : 10:45 - 11:15 am (instruction will be provided over Zoom)

Join coach PK as she leads you through some mobility and stretching exercises after a long morning of riding and running.
