Mega Day (Ride, Run, Mobility and Stretch) March

Join us for a morning of riding and running, followed by a 30-min of mobility and stretching. 
AGENDA

BIKE : 8 - 10:15 am (instruction will be provided over Zoom)

Coach: Kevin McCormick

Join the coach and other club members for a 2 hour long bike ride. The long ride is one of your key weekly workouts so take this opportunity to do one of these workouts with a coach and other athletes. You'll be glad you did and the time will pass quickly. 

The workout will be a mix of aerobic riding and some harder intervals. Appropriate for whatever race distance you are training for. You do not need to ride for the full 2:15 hours.

These workouts can be done on any platform and with any type of trainer (non-smart trainer, smart trainer, power meter, no power meter, Zwift, Trainer Road, no software).

If you aren't following Coach Kevin on Zwift, please follow Kevin McCormick (TTC), so you can be added to the Meet Up (applies to Zwift riders only).

Workouts will be on Training Peaks and can be downloaded to Zwift, Trainerroad or any other platform you are using.

RUN: 10:15 - 11am (on your own)

Run on your own between 20 and 40 min. 

MOBILITY: 11 - 11:30am (instruction will be provided over Zoom)

Coach: Phaedra Kennedy

Join PK as she leads you through mobility and stretching exercises after a long morning of riding and running. 

THIS IS A FREE EVENT FOR CLUB MEMBERS. Cost for non-members is $30
