Jan 14th (Saturday).  Run Clinic  1-3pm @ York University. The Do’s and Don’t of Running Faster with Kevin Smith from Marathon Dynamics.    Confused about track workouts?  Want to know if you should be doing speed  training in the off season?  Join us at York University’s indoor track for a great workout.  Fee is $20 per person, plus $5 York Guest pass.  Limit to 20 members.  Email workouts@torontotriathlonclub.org to reserve your spot now.    About Kevin:  NCCP-Certified Running Coach with over 15 years experience coaching runners at every level

Part 1:  Talk - Intro & Intensity Running Theory (20 min)
            Do - Warm-Up Jog, Running Form Drills, Striders (25 min)
 
Part 2:  Do - 1 Mile Trial - Basic Speed Test (15 min)
            Talk - So What?  How To Use It For Intensity Workouts (10 min) 
 
Part 3:  Do - Easy Cool Down (5-10 min)
            Talk - Better Running Form Review (15 min)
 
Part 4:  Do - Let's Try It! (5-10 min)
            Talk - Final Q & A (15 min)
