Strength training is one of the best ways to improve performance and reduce injury and should be a part of every triathletes training plan. These 50 minute circuit style workouts include a short warm up and focus on developing balance, coordination, upper body, core and single leg strength. Minimal equipment is required. Exercises can be progressed and regressed depending on your level of ability.

We require a minimum of 7 participants for this program to move forward. You will be notified 48hrs before the start of the program of any cancellation.
If you are a non-member and would like to participate in one workout as a trial (and have not yet participated in a TTC event on a trial basis this year), please email email@example.com. *This option is not available if you are a former TTC member and have allowed your membership to lapse.
