Feeling stiff or have been told you have poor mobility/flexibility? Did some hard training over the weekend? Join Phaedra for a mobility session designed to loosen up those stiff joints!

Coach: Phaedra Kennedy

Platform: Zoom

Requirements: 

  • Loose fitting clothing
  • Stretch mat or cushiony surface 

  • foam roller

  • a lacrosse ball

  • either a yoga strap or towel

  • broomstick or long dowel

  • Computer or iPhone to follow along

If you are a non-member and would like to participate in this workout as a trial (and have not yet participated in a TTC event on a trial basis this year), please email businessmanager@torontotriathlonclub.org. *This option is not available if you are a former TTC member and have allowed your membership to lapse.
