Have you ever wondered if you are training effectively? Have you heard the terms Zone 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or LT1 and LT2 but aren’t sure what they mean? Coach Miranda will go over what different training zones are and how they can be measured, what zones you should be training and racing in, various training methodology like 80/20 training and sweet spot training. This will be followed by a Q&A. Don’t miss out on a chance to learn how to optimize your own training.
