Are you looking for a routine that can help improve your run performance and prevent injury? Do you want to learn some drills/skills to help improve technique?
Warm ups are key to reducing your risk of injury and improving your run experience. Many of us who are time crunched omit a warm up and jump right into meat of the workout, but warm ups help you assess your own physical and mental state as you prepare for your workout. Join this session focused on activation/warmup of run specific muscles and learn some run skills/drills to support better run form, technique and ultimately speed. You can use this workout to finish your day, as a break to your day, or before a run workout. A workout will be provided if you are looking for direction for your run, just ask the Coach.
