Want a short lunch workout to support your training? Join Tara for a 30min strength session where she will go through a few exercises that will be target the core/glutes and strengthen the muscles you need to swim, bike, run. Great for improved muscular endurance and injury prevention. Don’t miss out on a great workout!

For the workout it would be great if you had:

  • 1 chair or coffee table (knee height)
  • Small mini band (Circular)
  • Weighted object of 5-10lbs that you can safely lift above your head
  • Stability/fitness ball

They aren't essential and I can provide modifications if you don't have the equipment.
