Feeling sad riding all on your own? Want a good boost to your fitness and some motivation during your ride? Join Coach Kevin for a 60minute interval bike workout. 

Workout ride is available in TrainingPeaks and can be exported from TP and imported into Zwift.

Kevin will provide the link to the workout via TrainingPeaks, then explain the workout at 6:50 am. The ride will start promptly at 7 am. For those on Zwift you can download the workout in advance, and make it available as a Custom Zwift work (Kevin to send instructions about this) then you can join the meetup at 6:45am. You can’t be late for a Zwift Meetup so best to be ready to go at 6:50-6:55am). Kevin will lead everyone through the workout. If you want to just ride with us on Zwift rather than do the workout, you can do that too. We will use the “Keep Everyone Together Option” so you will be riding with fellow TTCers regardless of power.
