Starting May 25th (weather dependent - you will be emailed if there is a change to the first week)
If you are looking to get faster, stronger and thrive in a group training environment then this group is for you! Warmup on your own and then meet at 6:30 am. Each week will be a different focus on either skills or hill repeats - or both! Workouts are suitable for a range of abilities but would best suit those who can easily ride for 1hr without stopping.
You can look forward to technique and pacing feedback and a post workout debrief!
Please arrive warmed up, or arrive with enough time to get out on your bike for 10-15 mins before 6:30am
Meeting spots may vary but week one we will meet at Beechwood hill. Lots of street parking at the top of the hill if you are driving over, then just carefully ride down the hill.
