Regular mobility work can help improve range of motion in our joints. Improved range of motion may mean less chance of injury and better overall function. These 30 minute sessions focus on the entire body, with a strong emphasis on the lower body.
Stretch mat or cushiony surface
a lacrosse ball
either a yoga strap or towel
broomstick or long dowel
