Join us for our first ever 100 Day Challenge from Jan 1 until April 10th. Don't dread the cold dark days of winter! Keep your workouts engaging and productive by throwing in an accountability challenge.
Run, swim, bike or walk a minimum of 20 minutes each day for 100 days. Instructions and a google sheet to log your workouts will be emailed to you just before the New Year. If you complete a week, we will do a draw on the following Tuesday for those that have updated the online log, for a prize…this means you have a chance at 14 prizes.
This is a friendly challenge, a chance to keep ourselves and each other accountable and to keep moving throughout the colder months.
