New to triathlon and not sure where to begin?
This swim program is the perfect place to start. The aim is to build a foundation for new swimmers to continue their swimming journey.
Over the course of four weeks we'll be going over the fundamentals of freestyle swimming. Pulling, kicking, breathing, body position and more will all be covered. Everything you need to get started with your swim training.
Requirements: no minimum ability to join, just be ready and willing to give things a try!
