Date and Time: Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6:00pm - 7:15pm.
Do you want to make 2022 your strongest year ever on the bike? That starts by getting into a consistent routine, following a progressive structured program. Leave the program design/workout selection to an experienced coach and simply focus on doing the workouts. These workouts will challenge you, but leave you feeling strong and ready to continue your training into the spring and summer. Note that you can adjust the level of each workout for when you need to go easier or want to go harder. Enjoy the virtual yet social aspects of these workouts.
These workouts can be done on any platform and with any type of trainer (non-smart trainer, smart trainer, power meter, no power meter, Zwift, Trainer Road, no software).
