Time: Monday and Wednesday mornings from 6:30am - 7:45am.
Do you want to make 2022 your strongest year ever on the bike? That starts by getting into a consistent routine, following a progressive structured program. Leave the program design/workout selection to an experienced coach and simply focus on doing the workouts. This will get you to the new year already feeling strong and ready to further progress your training. A 75-minute morning workout is a very efficient way to fit a key workout into your day. Note that you can adjust the level of each workout for when you need to go easier or want to go harder. Enjoy the virtual yet social aspects of these workouts.
These workouts can be done on any platform and with any type of trainer (non-smart trainer, smart trainer, power meter, no power meter, Zwift, Trainer Road, no software).
Join us for the first 10-week block of 2022, where we will focus on different aspects of cycling to get you stronger for Spring and Summer riding and racing.
If you are a non-member and would like to participate in one workout as a trial (and have not yet participated in a TTC event on a trial basis this year), please email email@example.com. *This option is not available if you are a former TTC member and have allowed your membership to lapse.
