A great location with access to the Beltline, Mount Pleasant cemetery and hills, so your workouts will never be boring.
Show up early to get your warm up in, this way you are ready to get to work right away.
Andrea's bio: Andrea Smith is a former NCAA runner and current Multisport athlete that seeks to help others achieve their goals. Drawing on an extensive background in running, she wants to share her knowledge with triathletes so they can get fitter on the run and finish races strong.
Runs will start at 6pm sharp.
