High Park runs are back with Coach Phaedra!
With a perfect training ground for speed, tempo and hills, Coach PK will get you running faster and stronger!
Sessions will include drills, dynamic stretching and of course, lots of running.
This program is perfect for anyone looking to push themselves and like to work in a group environment and have fun while doing it!
Come 15 minutes early to get your own warm up in and be ready to start at 7:00 AM SHARP.
Location: High Park - Grenadier parking on north side of lot
Starts: Tuesday June 17 - You must register for each week. If you are on the waitlist, as soon as provincial guidelines allow for it, we will offer up more spots to you.
