It's been a long time since most of us have been in the pool but with some pools starting to open up and open water season around the corner, join Coach Miranda, as she offers advice on how to get ready to go back to the pool and how to progress back to swim fitness.
This talk will take place over Zoom and is geared to everyone getting back to swimming after a long break.

Coach Miranda has been coaching triathletes and swimmers for many years and has lead many of the TTC swim programs - Regent Park morning swims, Cherry Beach OWS, clinics and more.
