Do you want to better understand how to use the data you get from your devices to improve? Over a couple of sessions, Kevin will talk about the key metrics for swimming, biking, running and recovery. You will gain insight to the data that is useful to use WHILE you are training or racing and the data to analyze AFTER your training or racing session is complete. Kevin is a bit of a training data nerd, but you don’t need to be, to get value from these sessions. Kevin will break down the information so it can be easily understood and applied - this will be a two-part session.
