6-week Mobility Program (Virtual)

Regular mobility work can help improve range of motion in our joints.  Improved range of motion may mean less chance of injury and better overall function. These 30 minute sessions focus on the entire body, with a strong emphasis on the lower body. 


  • Loose fitting clothing
  • Stretch mat or cushiony surface 

  • foam roller

  • a lacrosse ball

  • either a yoga strap or towel

  • broomstick or long dowel

  • Computer or iPhone to follow along

We require a minimum of 7 participants for this program to move forward. You will be notified 48hrs before the start of the program of any cancellation.  

Note : No class on Monday, October 12 in observation of Thanksgiving

If you are a non-member and would like to participate in a workout as a trial (and have not yet participated in a TTC event on a trial basis this year), please email businessmanager@torontotriathlonclub.org. *This option is not available if you are a former TTC member and have allowed your membership to lapse.
