Want to do some strength and conditioning exercises to improve your triathlon performance? Coach Phaedra will he hosting a strength training session specifically focused on this.

Requirements: 

  • timer feature on their phones

  • a mat

  • a chair or couch

  • a mini band

  • a light dumbbell (3 to 5 lbs) OR a can of soup or a bottle of water.

If you are a non-member and would like to participate in this workout as a trial (and have not yet participated in a TTC event on a trial basis this year), please email businessmanager@torontotriathlonclub.org. *This option is not available if you are a former TTC member and have allowed your membership to lapse.
