Starts Nov 6th through April 23rd. $375 +HST for 23 weeks of coached track sessions. Included in the rate is the discounted 1 x per week MPS track pass is $200 for facility access. This rate will expire on November 29th!
If you chose to not purchase a track pass through the Club, you will have to purchase one separately at the facility. Day passes and 10-day passes are available.
Minimum participants: 15
You must be a TTC member to run with the club. Please note that you will be required to renew your membership prior to March 31, 2019 to continue running in the program until April 23, 2019.
Prerequisite- To avoid injury it is recommended that you have some solid running base already. Multiple runs per week are recommended. If you are injured you should not participate. We will be working the higher tempo and speed paces which is great prep for your May / June races.
About The Workouts:
You swim indoors in a pool during the winter months.
You train indoors on a trainer during the winter months.

The track is 370.67 meters long and it is marked (and measured) for the following distances (60m, 100m, 150m, 200m, 400m, 600m, 800m, 1,000m, 1,500m, 1 mile, 2,000m, 3,000m, 5,000m, 10,000m).
