Prerequisite- To avoid injury it is recommended that you have some solid running base already. Multiple runs per week are recommended. If you are injured you should not participate. We will be working the higher tempo and speed paces which is great prep for your May / June races.

“I’m looking for new challenges in my training.” – You need interval training!
Interval Training is the easy to avoid but a crucial part of proper training. Interval training increases VO2max, increases running economy, prevents injury, increases HGH and so on. Basically, if you’re looking to get faster and learn proper race pacing, then get in the group and be ready to have a blast. Tuesday night is where it’s at!
Yup it’s going to hurt! …BUT YOU’LL WALK AWAY WITH A SMILE AND WANTING MORE!!!
