Join us for a Big Brick on Sunday February 25th at 8:30am at Dip Deep 3385 Yonge St. for a 2 hour ride followed by a 30 min group run.
$40 for a single session.
What is a Big Brick? A Big Brick is a group long ride and run off the bike.
Why do a Big Brick? Brick training is essential to the success of a triathlete and maintaining that sensation of biking than running in the off-season will help you in the race season. Also the extra endurance on the bike, once monthly will help progress your training without taxing the body.
This workout will be a z2/z3 (endurance) level workout on the bike. The run will also be a z2/z3 (endurance) level. These are power based workouts so all levels are welcomed and encouraged. You will train at your own level.
Class may be cancelled if less than 4 participants are registered 24 hours in advance of the session.
