Training on your own
· The session will include include dry land training for swimmers. Exercises that can help improve your strength and mobility for swimming will be taught. Strength based exercises will include core strength and swim tubing exercises. Mobility exercises will include those to improve shoulder, hip and ankle mobility.
· This session will also include how to properly train for a swim race/triathlon swim on your own. This will include an explanation of progressing your swimming to get ready for a goal race. Different types of sets will be explained and practiced. Lastly, we will discuss and practice with tools that are available to help you improve different components of your swim.
