The weather folks are calling for a rough winter in 2017. Visit the Lab to learn when to take your runs indoors (and when to tough it out outside). We will cover the much-maligned treadmill as a tool for building your run fitness these next few months. Topics will include:

- Treadmill physics and why it's (almost) as efficacious as running outdoors
- Treadmill best practices
- Workout recommendations
- Tracking your workouts: footpods etc.
