The kick and flip turns

- Dryland will focus on glute strength and activation exercises for swimmers

- We will educate on proper kick and why it’s important for triathletes

- Drills will emphasize kicking from the hips

- We will also include how to do flip turns, how to push off the wall and why these help triathletes
