TTC is hosting 4 Big Brick sessions this winter to help you keep your endurance up.
What is a Big Brick? A Big Brick is a group long ride and run off the bike.
Why do a Big Brick? Brick training is essential to the success of a triathlete and maintaining that sensation of biking than running in the off-season will help you in the race season. Also the extra endurance on the bike, once monthly will help progress your training without taxing the body.
This workout will be a z2/z3 (endurance) level workout on the bike. The run will also be a z2/z3 (endurance) level. These are power based workouts so all levels are welcomed and encouraged. You will train at your own level.
Jan 10, 2016: 90 min bike and 30 min run
Feb 7, 2016: 120 min bike and 30 min run
March 6, 2016: 150 min bike and 45 min run
April 3, 2016: 180 min bike and 45 min run
