Join us for our 2nd season of Indoor Cycling! Indoor Cycling is practically a must for us triathletes in the winter months in Toronto. Its safe, controlled, progressive and it works!
Indoor group cycling is a great way to build your fitness and stay motivated during the winter months.
This 6 week program is the 2nd of 3 fall/winter sessions that will be offered this year.
Training with power has many benefits including:
o Aerobic endurance
o Muscular force
o Muscular speed
Bring your bike, shoes and any hydration and nutrition you require. Trainer tire is recommend, and a training skewer is required.
