We'll be doing a hill climbing session today for the ride. Learn how to climb hills efficiently and descend well. Learn how to train hills and how to race hills. Sitting, Standing, pacing and proper cadence will be discussed. This will still be a workout session so be prepared to climb some hills!
Arrive early (6:15pm) and be ready to ride by 6:30pm.
Meet at Sunnybrook /Stable Hill in Sunnybrook Park for this clinic.
