  • $60 per week, Tuesday & Saturday
  • Fee for group training (Bring your own trainer) on Tuesday and Saturday. $15 per hour (tues) $30 for saturday 2 hour ride
  • $30 for 2 hour coached session on own trainer

Continuation of the Leslieville Computrainer Session

Join your fellow TTC athletes this winter in a coached, progressive, power-based cycling program. Training with power has many benefits including:

  • Ensuring that you train at the correct level of intensity every time you get on the bike.
  • Tracking changes in fitness as you progress through your training season
  • Accurately measuring caloric expenditure
  • Improving efficiency by tracking power vs. heart rate over time
  •  Small class sizes of fewer than ten riders
  • A choice of one weeknight and one weekend ride or two weeknights and one weekend ride
  • An NCCP trained community triathlon coach  – who will walk you through the program for each day
  • Monthly threshold power testing to accurately configure training zones and gauge progress
  • A progressive training program designed to work on base cycling skills:
o   Aerobic endurance
o   Muscular force
o   Muscular speed

Tuesday - 7-8pm AND

Saturday 8am-10am + optional group run


2X per week- Tuesday AND Saturday - $240 for 4 weeks, $60 per week ($20 per hour).

Bring your own trainer (and HR monitor if not using power) and save. $180 for 4 weeks, $45 per week  ($15 per hour).

Saturday Only BYOT- $120

Saturday March 21 & April 4- 1 extra computrainer available- $40 per ride.
