Join Yoga Instructor, Alice Toyonaga, aka ChatterRunGirl an intro to HOT yoga
Class will start promptly at 7pm, you must arrive prior to 6:40pm to change and get to class and sign the waiver. Or do this online.
Please bring your own mat, and towel for your mat (you will get sweaty) and an extra towel if you want to shower post class.
Alice will be leading a 1 hour Moksha yoga class and will talk about how yoga and yoga in the heat can be helpful for triathletes. Yoga can be helpful for: muscular imbalances, increase joint stability and strength, improve flexibility, balance and posture, and bring a mind body awareness and connection through breath work and mental focus.
This clinic is open to TTC members only. No exceptions!
