Learn the basics of what makes a person run more efficiently, which is turn makes them a better runner. Answers to such questions, and more, will be discussed, followed by a review of common running drills and workout.

Session 2:  Run Smart

Not all running is created equal. Learn how to build your run program wisely by learning about the different types of runs and how to incorporate them into your plan. Building on session 1, additional drills will also be reviewed to help you to run more efficiently. Session will end with a workout geared towards showing participants the different types of workouts while also highlighting what happens to one’s form when fatigue starts to set in.
