Are you looking to stay fit this winter and keeping your endurance up! Come out and try this BIG TRAINING DAY with guest coach Tommy Ferris.
Big Training Day will consist of:
- 2hr indoor ride,
- 45 min run and
- 20 min core/stretch/cool-down session.
This workout is good for athletes of all levels from beginners to experts, and will be tailored to your abilities.
All participants will have to bring their own bike and their indoor trainer. We can even arrange for you to drop it off/ pick it up early and late if you are on TTC.
What to bring: Trainer, bike, bike shoes, run clothes, water bottles and nutrition for a 3 hour workout and a great attitude ready to work.
