Dream setting helps you to maintain passion for training throughout the year. I will show the effects of high quality dreams and why difficult challenges are so important in sport, work and life. We will discuss strategies for setting dreams and then work through setting dreams, goals and objectives for the 2015 triathlon season. This is the same process that we have used for Olympic through development level athletes for over 18 years, and you'll emerge with a clear understanding of what you want to achieve in 2015 and a clear plan for getting to your training and racing to get you to your dreams and goals.
