Cost: $20 ($5 per session), paid monthly at start of month.

Why run hills? After months of training and racing, its time to switch gears and challenge your body in a new way -on hills! Hill training is a great way to boost power, speed and overall fitness. Plus its a killer workout but with less impact on your body. Come out for a 4 week hill training session. A van will be available to store bags (and even change if necessary).
About Jennifer Faraone:
Jennifer Faraone is a competitive runner and duathlete. She has numerous wins under her belt including world champion for her age category at the Worlds’ Duathlon Championship 2013 (9th female overall), Toronto Half Marathon, Ottawa Marathon, Houston 5k, and 5 Peaks Trail Running Championships.
Jennifer has been coaching for many years with Marathon Dynamics, has her NCCP level 1, and has been offering trail running clinics in the GTA.
She is also co-written a book titled The Pregnant Athlete Within which is targeted to hit bookstores in early 2014. You can see her on her blog www.runningthertrails.wordpress.com.
