Day/Time: Saturday mornings at 7am - 8am starting mid June (depending on water temperature)
No session Canada Day Weekend or August Long Weekend
This will be a weekly coach-led workout, getting you ready and trained, in a safe group environment, for race season. You will work on a variety of open water skills, including, drafting, sighting, turning and being comfortable in open water with and without your wet suit (if you choose).
