Mega Day (Ride, Run, Mobility and Stretch) February

Join us for a morning of riding and running, followed by a 30-min of mobility and stretching. 
AGENDA

BIKE : 8 - 10:30am (instruction will be provided over Zoom)

Coach : Eric D'Arcy

Join Coach Eric and other club members for a 2.5 hour long bike ride. The long ride is one of your key weekly workouts so take this opportunity to do one of these workouts with a coach and other athletes. You'll be glad you did and the time will pass quickly. 

The workout will be a mix of aerobic riding and some harder intervals. Appropriate for whatever race distance you are training for. You do not need to ride for the full 2.5 hours.

These workouts can be done on any platform and with any type of trainer (non-smart trainer, smart trainer, power meter, no power meter, Zwift, Trainer Road, no software).

If you are on Zwift, make sure you are following Eric D'Arcy - Team Limitless, so you can be added to the Meet Up. This needs to be done before 2pm Friday.

RUN : 10:30 - 11:30am (on your own)

Run on your own between 15 and 45 min. 

MOBILITY AND YOGA : 11:30 - 12:00pm (instruction will be provided over Zoom)

Yoga Instructor: Kimberley From Sweat and Flow

Join Kimberley as she leads you through some yoga and stretching after a long morning of riding and running. 

THIS IS A FREE EVENT FOR CLUB MEMBERS. Not a club member? Join us (if you haven't participated in a TTC event this year or a previous member). Cost for non-members is $30
