  • Nutrition for Triathletes:   The secret to better performance without more training is to improve your nutrition!  This seminar will cover the importance of nutrition as it applies to the triathlete of various distances.  Find out what to eat on a daily basis to support your training, and how to fuel properly for your race so you can meet your goals.   April 5th  7:00pm -  Absolute Endurance- with Tara Postnikoff, RNCP, NCP, PTS.  Please RSVP online.
