If you are looking to get faster and stronger and thrive in a group training environment then this group is for you! Warmup on your own and then meet at 6:45am for a main set of hill repeats. Workouts are suitable for a range of abilities but would best suit those who can easily ride for 1hr without stopping.
You can look forward to technique and pacing feedback and a post workout debrief!
Please arrive warmed up, or arrive with enough time to get out on your bike for 10-15 mins before 6:45am
You will meet at the bottom of Beechwood hill. Lots of street parking at the top of the hill if you are driving over, then just carefully ride down the hill.
You will have a quick discussion about riding hills (training vs racing), ascending techniques and descending techniques and then do some hill repeats.
The hills will possibly change up each week but you will be notified
