Feeding yourself and having all your sports nutrition and hydration is pretty easy when we are on the trainer or the treadmill - we just set it on a chair or table next to us. But what happens when you start getting outside for those longer rides and runs? We only have so many pockets and spaces on our bikes to carry gear.
