On Sunday, Jan 29th our swim coach Kim Lumsdon will be holding a two-hour Swim Stroke Improvement Clinic at the North Toronto Community Memorial Center (200 Eglinton Ave. W.) starting at 5:30pm.

Stoke efficiency is just as important, perhaps more important, than swimming endurance!

This year's Clinic will cost $60. Limit of 15 people, first-come first-served.
