Join coach Kevin and other club members for this 2 hour long workout. The long ride is one of your key weekly workouts so take this opportunity to do one of these workouts with a coach and other athletes. You'll be glad you did and the time will pass quickly. Leave the workout design to an experienced coach and simply focus on doing the workout.
The workout will be a mix of aerobic riding and some harder intervals. Appropriate for whatever race distance you are training for. Note that you don't have to ride for the full 2 hours.
Kevin will provide instruction over a Zoom call.
These workouts can be done on any platform and with any type of trainer (non-smart trainer, smart trainer, power meter, no power meter, Zwift, Trainer Road, no software).

We require a minimum of 7 participants for this program to move forward. You will be notified 48hrs before the start of the program of any cancellation.
If you are a non-member and would like to participate in one workout as a trial (and have not yet participated in a TTC event on a trial basis this year), please email email@example.com. *This option is not available if you are a former TTC member and have allowed your membership to lapse.
