Join Coaches Kevin and Phaedra and other club members for our second Mega Day of the season. This will be a 2.5 hour long ride, led by Kevin, a 10-60 minute run and finish off with 30 minutes of mobility with Coach Phaedra.
The long ride is one of your key weekly workouts so take this opportunity to do one of these workouts with a coach and other athletes. You'll be glad you did and the time will pass quickly.
After the ride, you will have an optional run up to 60 minutes, before we regroup for a great mobility session to allow those muscles to relax and allow the heart rate to lower.
The workout will be a mix of aerobic riding and some harder intervals. Appropriate for whatever race distance you are training for. Note that you don't have to ride for the full 2.5 hours.
Coaches Kevin and Phaedra will provide instruction over Zoom.
These workouts can be done on any platform and with any type of trainer (non-smart trainer, smart trainer, power meter, no power meter, Zwift, Trainer Road, no software).

THIS IS A FREE EVENT FOR TTC AND TCOB MEMBERS and $30 for non-members.
If you are a non-member and would like to participate in one workout as a trial (and have not yet participated in a TTC event on a trial basis this year), please email firstname.lastname@example.org. *This option is not available if you are a former TTC member and have allowed your membership to lapse.
