Worried about losing swim strength and power while all the pools are closed? Join Coach Eric for a 45-60 minute session of dryland training for swimming. The session will include: core, back, shoulder and arm exercises as well as some swim tubing and some extra activities to get your heart rate up!

Platform: Zoom

Requirements: 

  • Resistance band 

  • Running shoes

  • Workout clothes or do this session in your bathing suit! 

  • Computer or iPhone to follow along
