Ladies, don’t miss out on your next personal best!  Learn what tactics you can employ to help you maximize the benefits of your training. Learn about training challenges the female athlete faces and how to work with your menstrual cycle not against it.  We’ll talk about how to fuel during different phases of your cycle to maximize performance.  We’ll also cover how to recover right to help your body refuel, repair and replace.  

Tara, from HEAL is a Sports Nutritionist and endurance coach who has been helping endurance athletes reach their goals for the past 14 years.  As a triathlete herself she knows first hand what challenges you face and has the clinical practice and education to help you find the best strategies for you!
