TTC Virtual Training - Interval Ride

Feeling sad riding all on your own? Join Coach Miranda for a 60 minute bike workout with a mostly aerobic focus. 

Miranda will explain the workout at 12pm and then the ride will start at 12:15pm. 

For those on Zwift you can join the meetup at 12:15pm (you can’t be late! So best to be ready to go at 12:05-12:10).

Miranda will lead everyone through a group ride with a base workout and some technique work. For those not on Zwift, Miranda will call out when to ride “hard” and “easy” via Zoom. Have your own training program and want to do that instead? No problem. You can do your own workout and still join the Zoom chat. We will use the “Keep Everyone Together Option” so you will be riding with fellow TTCers regardless of power. 

*If you are using Zwift, follow Miranda Tomenson so she can invite you to the meet-up

  • Bike

  • Trainer

  • Computer or iPhone to follow along
