TTC Virtual Training - Interval Ride

Feeling sad riding all on your own? Want a good boost to your fitness and some motivation during your ride? Join Coach Kevin for a 60-75 minute interval bike workout. Kevin has built a 75 minute workout but if you only have an hour, that is fine too.

This workout is available to all, no matter what your setup is at home, whether with power or not with power, with a smart trainer or without a smart trainer.

The workout will be available on the TTC TrainingPeaks account, and Kevin will also explain the workout as we go through it. For those on Zwift, Kevin will provide the workout file or you can download the workout from TrainingPeaks.

Also for Zwift riders, please leave enough time to get setup and join the Meetup. You can join the Meetup as early as 6:55 am. Please note you can't join the Zwift Meetup after 7 am, so please make sure you are on time. We will use the “Keep Everyone Together Option” so you will be riding with fellow TTCers regardless of power.

Please make sure to follow Kevin McCormick on Zwift (from Canada, the one on the bike) so he can invite you to the Meetup.

The ride will start promptly at 7 am. Please get on the Zoom call ahead of time.

Requirements:

- Bike, bike shoes
- Trainer
- Computer and/or iPhone to follow up
