TTC Virtual Training - Base Structured Bike Workout

Feeling sad riding all on your own? Want a good boost to your fitness and some motivation during your ride? Join Coach Eric for a 45 minute aerobic bike workout.

Eric will provide the link to the workout via TrainingPeaks, then explain the workout at 12pm. The ride will start promptly at 12:15pm. For those on Zwift you can download the workout in advance, and then you can join the meet-up at 12:15pm (You can’t be late! So best to be ready to go at 12:05-12;10). Eric will lead everyone through the workout. Have your own training program and want to do that instead? No problem. You can do your own workout and still ride with the group. We will use the “Keep Everyone Together Option” so you will be riding with fellow TTCers regardless of power.

*If you are using Zwift, follow Eric D'Arcy (from Canada) so he can invite you to the meet-up

Requirements:
- Bike, bike shoes
- Trainer
- Computer and/or iPhone to follow up

Coach: Eric d'Arcy

Platform: Zwift (optional) and Zoom
