Coach Phaedra will he hosting a strength training session and conditioning session providing exercises to improve your triathlon performance.
The workout will be available in Training Peaks (www.trainingpeaks.com) 2 hours before the workout (login information will be emailed to all participants separately).
Requirements:
timer feature on their phones
a mat
a chair or couch
a light dumbbell (3 to 5 lbs) OR a can of soup or a bottle of water.
